 How to Book an Ad-Hoc Session

We’ve made booking extra sessions simple and flexible. Please follow the steps below when scheduling an ad-hoc session for your child:

1. Log in / Create an Account

• Log into your parent account on our website.

• If you don’t have an account yet, please register before booking.

2. Choose Your Session

• Go to the Ad-Hoc Sessions section.

• Select your preferred date and time from the available slots.

3. Check Availability

• Only available spaces will be shown.

• If a date is not listed, it means we are fully booked.

4. Confirm Details

• Enter your child’s name and any relevant notes (e.g., allergies, dietary needs).

• Double-check the date, time, and session type before proceeding.

5. Make Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment is received.

6. Receive Confirmation

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with all booking details.

• Please keep this for your records.

7. On the Day

• Drop your child off at the usual entrance and sign them in.

• Please collect promptly at the end of the session.
