We’d love to introduce you to Jordan, our wonderful Deputy Manager here at Dunbar Outdoor Learning! ✨ 

Jordan has been working and volunteering in nurseries for over 10 years, completing her qualifications along the way and building up so much experience in early years education. She has a real passion for helping children grow and thrive and it shines through in everything she does. 

When she’s not at nursery, Jordan loves spending time with her daughter and family. You’ll often find them out and about in the community, going on adventures together and enjoying the outdoors which makes her the perfect fit for our nursery’s approach to learning through nature.

What Jordan Does as Deputy Manager ⭐️

As Deputy Manager, Jordan helps keep things running smoothly day to day. She:

  •        Supports our amazing team and helps new staff feel confident.

  •        Builds lovely relationships with families so everyone feels welcome and reassured.

  •        Helps plan exciting outdoor activities that inspire curiosity and confidence.

  •        Makes sure every child feels safe, cared for, and encouraged to explore.

Her role is such an important part of making our nursery feel like a happy, supportive community.
